🇲🇽 Year 6 have been on an exciting journey to Mexico this week!
As part of their curriculum learning, the children explored Mexican traditions, food, landmarks and famous figures, including artist Frida Kahlo. They researched key facts, presented their findings and even used their creativity to recreate iconic Mexican structures.

Through fun, hands-on games and focused writing activities, the children have been learning the phonemes d, t, i and n. They have enjoyed matching sounds, recognising graphemes and practising their letter formation in their books.

🧺 Step back in time with Year 3! ⏳
As part of their learning about the Stone Age and Neolithic life, our Year 3 pupils explored traditional weaving techniques in DT to create their own Neolithic baskets. They showed great patience, creativity and determination as they carefully wove strips together to bring their designs to life.
